Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a valued wine club member. The following is our membership terms and conditions. Please read each item.

There is no minimum obligation as a member. Membership allows you to receive Frisco wines regularly and at a great price. Members are not obligated to receive a minumum number of shipments prior before becoming elgible to cancelling membership. We think we make some pretty good wines, people like to stay members.

The membership level reflects the number of bottles you would like to receive for each shipment; our four bottle club members will receive four bottles of wine in the spring, and four bottles in fall. Our six bottle club members will receive six bottles of wine in the spring, and six bottles in the fall. Custom membership allows for a fully tailored allocation to suit your style.

Credit cards shall be charged prior to each shipment.

There is absolutely no charge to join our wine club.

A person, at least 21 years of age, must be present to receive wine shipments. Common carriers are not permitted to leave packages containing alcohol. We highly recommend using a business address if possible.

Shipping and handling charges will be applied to common carrier shipments. Please see the wine order page for current shipping rates.

Shipping charges for returned and/or re-delivered shipments may be at the customer's expense.

Please notify us of any account changes (e.g. change of address).

Members agree to permit Frisco Cellars to act on the purchaser's behalf to schedule and arrange shipping of wine by a common carrier.

Members may choose to pick up their wine club shipment at the winery, or make alternative shipping plans.

Members may cancel membership at any time.

Membership Terms and Conditons agreement is subject to periodic change.
