2015 Cabernet Franc

The 2015 Cabernet Franc fruit was interesting that year; we worked with it and decided to make it a single varietal, single vineyard wine that could be priced at an exceptional value. Fruit was hand-picked and bin fermented. This wine has prominent notes of spice, dark and red fruit, as well as notes of toasted vanilla with a hint of cocoa and espresso bean. Unfined and unfiltered with silky tannins and healthy acids, this is an enjoyable wine at a really nice price.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

This has been our most popular wine—a true fan favorite! A deep, ruby–red, this wine opens with ripe, black fruit aromas and layered with nuances of sweet toasted oak. On the palate, dark fruit flavors combine with notes of sweet tobacco, a hint of cola, cedar and black currant, with an almond finish. Full–bodied and richly–layered, this wine exhibits hearty, yet soft, tannins.

Fruit for our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was hand picked from the DiPietro vineyard in Paso Robles and the Yates' Lockwood Oaks Vineyard in the highland valley northwest of Paso Robles in the Santa Lucia Range. The Cabernet Sauvignon was 100% bin fermented; the Cabernet Franc was fermented in stainless steel tank.

Quite an elegant wine, our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is the only 100% single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wine we presently offer. Fruit for this wine was hand picked from the Adobe vineyard in Paso Robles. Entirely bin fermented and aged with French oak, this wine is a wonderfully spicy Cabernet Sauvignon with dark, ripe fruit layered with rich toasted oak notes.

2015 Rosé

This is the ideal spring and summer wine! Fun, crisp, refreshing, this is it! Our rosé is completely dry and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. One hundred percent of the fruit is from the Kokopelli Vineyard in Paso Robles, and was fermented entirely in stainless steel tank.

The aromas and flavors are beautiful. On the nose, ripe red fruit, fresh strawberry, pomegranate , and notes of cubed cantaloupe and sliced honeydew. A few swirls brings out the wonderful aromatic fragrances of white springtime flowers, jasmine, and honeysuckle, with light spice and seasoned hickory wood undertones. In the mouth, it's bountiful ripe red fruit. This is truly a fun and delightful wine!

2013 Arête

Arête (pronounced ah-reh-'tay) is a Greek expression that means "excellence" and "virtue."

The 2013 Arête is our first release of our proprietary red blend that consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. Fruit for the Arête is from the Kokopelli Vineyard of Paso Robles. Big, ripe, plump dark berry aromas of boysenberry, blackberry, olallieberry—really come through on the nose. Black cherry, toasted French oak, and a cracked stone minerality balance this wine. Tremendous mouthfeel with outstanding flavors of dark fruit and juicy berry. This is easily a wine you can enjoy now or cellar it for several years.

2014 Arête

Arête (pronounced ah-reh-'tay) is a Greek expression that means "excellence" and "virtue."

This wine certainly lives up to its name. The Arête is one of our proprietary red blends, and the 2014 is our second release of this wine. It consists of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with 100% of the fruit from the Kokopelli Vineyard of Paso Robles. This is a really big, dark, red wine. Ripe plum and simmered blackberry really come through on the nose, while black cherry, dark fruit and juicy berry flavors combine beautifully with carmelized French oak.
